Job Description

Lead Handling: Attend and respond to all sales inquiries from IndiaMART and other platforms. Cold Calling & Outreach: Identify potential clients and conduct daily cold calls and email campaigns to generate new business leads. Customer Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers to close deals and maintain strong relationships. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system daily. Sales Conversion: Understand client requirements, pitch relevant solutions, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into sales. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
