About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, product explanations, and sales operations at our Vaidban Ayurved Bhawan outlet. This is a sitting job, ideal for candidates who prefer working in a desk-based retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the outlet.
• Explain Ayurvedic products, their usage, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Handle all sales processes from inquiry to billing while sitting at the counter.
• Maintain product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
• Manage inventory records, stock updates, and daily sales entries.
• Handle cash, UPI, and POS billing systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products around the counter.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Good communication skills and polite customer-handling approach.
• Basic knowledge of Ayurveda products will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable with a sitting job throughout the shift.
• Ability to use basic computer applications and billing software.
• Previous retail or pharmacy sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
