Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property deals. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, digital platforms, cold calling, and site visits.
• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.
• Provide clients with market research, pricing, and comparisons.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
• Guide clients through legal documentation, home loan processes, and closing formalities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM database and regular follow-ups.
• Represent the company at promotional events, expos, and open houses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of real estate sales experience (freshers with strong interest may apply).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and digital sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven track record of sales achievements in real estate.
• Existing client network or investor base is a plus.
• Vehicle and valid driving license (if site visits required).
