Job Summary: We are looking for a professional customer-focused Counter Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, promote our furniture products, sale order creation and ensure a smooth sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their needs.
Provide product information and suggest appropriate furniture items.
Generate sales order.
Coordinate with the delivery team to check the delivery availability slot.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter/display area.
Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support when needed.
Meet weekly sales targets.
Clear all the follow-ups.
Maintain a record of sales transactions and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two and basic computer knowledge.
Proven experience in counter sales or customer service.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English, knowing Hindi is a plus.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
