Seven Agro Exim is hiring an experienced Agriculture Sales Representative to develop and expand our brand Softo in the Mehsana region.
The role requires strong field knowledge, dealer handling experience, and direct interaction with farmers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit farmers’ fields regularly and provide crop-based solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits clearly to farmers
• Develop and manage dealer & distributor network in assigned territory
• Generate primary and secondary sales
• Follow up with dealers for orders, stock movement, and payment collection
• Collect farmer feedback and report market insights to management
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Support company meetings, farmer seminars, and demo programs

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in agriculture sales (fertilizers, bio-products, seeds, or pesticides)
• Strong knowledge of crops, soil, and farming practices in North Gujarat
• Experience in dealer handling & farmer interaction
• Good communication skills in Gujarati (Hindi is a plus)
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic reporting skills (daily visit & sales reporting)

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekly 1 day off

Education Qualification

• Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture preferred
• Experienced candidates without formal degree can also apply
