- Generating new leads & develop a relationship with new BDE of brands using social media websites ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and website.
- Stay in touch with existing customers and generate new leads.- Understanding and addressing the individual needs of key customers.- Coordinate with FE to find the best property for a client.- Prepare documents with required details about the property and share them with the client.- Maintaining regular contact with customers, managing leads, and converting leads into LOI-- Keeping customers updated on the latest profitable properties to increase sales.- Represent Company with professionalism and uphold the company’s values
