Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while achieving sales targets. Your main objective will be to identify business opportunities, present product offerings, and close deals to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: - Conduct regular visits to ongoing and upcoming projects in Darbhanga to promote products and generate sales leads. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service. - Understand the unique needs of each business and recommend appropriate product solutions. - Present product information and demonstrate the value of offerings to potential customers. - Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. - Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. - Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer preferences, and product improvements. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment. - Familiarity with the Darbhanga region. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment. - Valid driver's license and two-wheeler.
