Position: Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell pool equipment, accessories, and services to residential and commercial clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable pool solutions (pumps, filters, fountains, tiles, accessories, water treatment systems, etc.).

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on the latest pool technologies, equipment, and industry trends.

Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Handle customer queries, provide product demonstrations, and offer after-sales support.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pool equipment sales / pool industry.

Strong knowledge of pool pumps, filters, accessories, water treatment systems, and other related products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Valid driver’s license (preferred).
