Position: Gold Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Gold Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting gold jewellery products, and achieving sales targets while providing an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and assist customers in selecting gold jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
· Demonstrate product features, purity, weight, pricing, and making charges clearly.
· Maintain a strong understanding of gold jewellery, hallmarking, and current market rates.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
· Manage stock display, product arrangement, and showroom cleanliness.
· Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
· Follow showroom policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good presentation and convincing abilities.
· Customer-oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
· Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure sales situations.
Experience
Prior experience in gold/jewellery sales is preferred.
Salary
Competitive salary with incentives based on performance
