As a Sales Associate at Lenskart (Retail Store), your responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers in selecting eyewear - Explaining product features - Ensuring a great shopping experience To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduate (Fresher can apply) - 12th Pass with minimum 1 year of counter sales experience (experience certificate required) - PAN Card, Aadhaar Card & Covid Certificate mandatory Lenskart offers a salary range of 15,000 to 21,500 in hand, based on experience & interview. The job type is Full-time and includes PF & ESI benefits. The training period is 16 days, which includes classroom training, store visits, and on-the-job training. The age limit for this position is up to 30 years. Additionally, the company provides benefits such as Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is in the morning shift and the work location is in person at a nearby store based on your location.,
