Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The role is located in Gurugram, but some work from home is acceptable. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, training sales personnel, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills
Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills
Experience in Sales and Sales Management
Aptitude for Training and development of sales personnel
Civil Engineer Diploma with 2yrs onsite experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,798.65 - ₹38,617.72 per month
