Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Officer to drive sanitaryware sales, especially Parryware products, across assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retailer counters daily, building strong relationships, generating orders, and ensuring regular follow-up to achieve monthly sales targets. A key role includes identifying and adding new retailers, expanding market coverage, and improving brand visibility through effective in-store branding and product promotions. The candidate should actively collect market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and coordinate with distributors and the sales office for smooth supply and payments. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, field-oriented, and skilled in negotiation and relationship management. Experience in building materials or sanitaryware sales will be an added advantage.
