Sales Representative

Job Title: Sales Representative (Male) Location: Srivilliputtur, Employment Type: Full-time About Us Agnar Effort & Andal Fertilizer based in Srivilliputtur, is one of the leading businesses specializing in retail and wholesale of agricultural products, including seeds, Pesticides and fertilizers. We are looking for a dedicated Sales and Collection Executive with a strong understanding of agriculture and horticulture products. The role requires equal responsibility in driving product sales and ensuring 100% timely payment collection. The ideal candidate should be committed to working with us for a minimum period of 5 years, showcasing consistency and dedication to the role. Job Responsibilities: · Promote and sell such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides to potential and existing customers. · Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and other clients. · Take full accountability for achieving sales targets and ensuring 100% payment collection without delay. · Maintain customer records and update sales progress in Excel and Google Sheets. · Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely payment collection. · Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities. · Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. · Work closely with the billing and accounts team to ensure proper documentation. · Provide clear and professional communication in both English and Tamil. Qualifications and Skills: · Background education in in agriculture, horticulture, or related fields is highly preferred. · Proven experience in sales and collection roles, especially in agricultural products, is a plus. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Tamil, Telugu and English. · Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. · Commitment to long-term employment (minimum 5 years). · Proficiency in using digital tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM systems. · Work Hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday off Other Terms: Need to have bike and helmet with valid License and Insurance. Salary: Range from ₹16000 to 24000/month Food and travel allowance will be provided.
