Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Sales at SquareYards in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, facilitating sales processes, conducting business planning, and ensuring effective communication with customers. Sales operations and delivering exceptional customer service will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Business Planning expertise Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities Experience in Direct Sales Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships Prior experience in real estate or sales industry Bachelor's degree is mandatory Salary : Fixed CTC : 3LPA to 7LPA + Uncapped incentives Appraisal : Upto 20% quarterly appraisal of fixed CTC Working Days : Wed - Sun ; 10am - 7pm Location : In office, Baner Pune
