Receptionist – Real Estate Sales Office (Female)

About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken Receptionist to be the face of our real estate sales office. The ideal candidate will greet clients warmly, manage day-to-day front desk operations, and support our sales team in maintaining smooth office communication and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain appointment schedules and office records.
• Coordinate basic administrative and hospitality tasks (tea/coffee arrangements, meeting room setup, etc.).
• Support the sales team with clerical and documentation tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (spoken & written).
• Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and professionalism.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Qualifications:

• Minimum graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred (freshers with good communication may apply).

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
