Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads for residential projects through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, online leads, brokers, etc.).
  • Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide professional guidance on property features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys projects, market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead follow-up and strong negotiation skills.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to handover.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
