Sales Promoter

A promoter builds interest and drives sales for a company's products or services by engaging customers, demonstrating products, distributing samples, and creating attractive displays. Key duties include achieving sales targets, collecting customer feedback, answering product questions, and maintaining a positive brand image. The goal is to increase brand awareness and boost sales through direct customer interaction and support from the sales and marketing team. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with potential customers to generate interest in products or services.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products, explain their features and benefits, and answer customer questions effectively.
• Sales Generation: Persuade customers to purchase by highlighting product value and offering incentives.
• Display & Setup: Arrange and set up product displays, booths, and promotional stands to attract attention.
• Promotional Activities: Distribute product samples, flyers, and other promotional materials to increase visibility.
• Feedback & Reporting: Collect customer feedback and report sales data to management, helping to inform future strategies.
• Sales Targets: Work to meet and exceed daily or period sales targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
• Brand Image: Maintain a positive image for the brand by following company guidelines and professional conduct.
