Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional at BMW OSL Prestige, located in Kolkata. The Sales Professional will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to drive sales. The role includes tasks such as presenting and demonstrating vehicles, negotiating deals, processing paperwork, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BMW products and services. Additionally, the Sales Professional will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive products and services, particularly BMW
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
