Sales & Outreach Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Outreach Officer to support student acquisition, institutional visits, and on-ground engagement activities across Kerala. The role involves meeting educational institutions, conducting awareness sessions, coordinating events, and creating interest among students for academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, and local educational hubs based on scheduled plans
• Conduct awareness talks, workshops, and student engagement programs
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners
• Collect and update student and parent information accurately in the CRM
• Support offline promotional activities such as brochures, posters, and event setups
• Build community connections and local engagement networks
• Generate interest and inquiries through outreach activities and events
• Participate in education fairs, campus events, expos, and public programs
• Identify collaboration opportunities with institutions and local organizations
• Share activity insights and recommendations for improving outreach results
• Coordinate timely follow-ups with Sales and Counseling teams
• Encourage walk-ins and inquiries to learning centers through field activities
• Maintain daily logs of visits, interactions, and events
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
• Work closely with internal teams to support campaigns and field initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or offline/BTL marketing
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to manage travel schedules, events, and external interactions independently
• Willingness to travel across Kerala and work toward activity-based goals
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
• A short self-introduction video is required during the application process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
