Job Description

As a Sales professional, your role will involve tracking and following up with prospects to ensure the progression of opportunities. You will be responsible for drafting proposals for clients and assisting in straightforward demos. Additionally, you will play a key role in generating brainstorming content for the marketing team to develop collateral. Organizing webinars, sales presentations, and events, both remote and in-person, will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Own scheduling and meeting logistics, ensuring the capture and sharing of key takeaways - Deliver decks and collateral to clients and partners - Manage CRM hygiene, maintain pipeline accuracy, and prepare forecast reports - Coordinate with engineering to gather technical details and present them in client-friendly formats - Provide support for deal desk activities, including pricing approvals, InfoSec questionnaires, and vendor onboarding Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales operations - Ability to collaborate effectively with international partners - Prior experience in supporting executive administration tasks Please note that this is a full-time position with the work location specified as in-person.
