Sales Operations Coordinator - Level III

As a Sales Analyst at Cummins Inc., you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks to support the sales team and drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Consolidating and distributing sales reports, both routine and ad-hoc, with limited supervision. - Managing system administration tasks, running complicated processes, and documenting tasks on various systems and tools. - Analyzing external data sources to identify sales opportunities and sharing relevant findings with the sales team. - Conducting internal sales analyses for tasks such as variances, projections, costing, and bundling. In this role, you will need to demonstrate competencies such as being action-oriented, effective communication, strategic planning, self-development, data analytics, project schedule management, adapting to target audience, integrating customer perspective, and valuing differences. The ideal candidate for this position should have a high school diploma or equivalent experience, with relevant work experience or specialized skills in sales analytics. Additionally, the candidate should possess the following skills: - Driving sales in the Infra & Construction Segment. - Organizing sales and service camps at different customer locations. - Building customer relationship management (CRM) with major Infra & Construction customers. - Promoting products in the Infra & Construction segment. - Liaising with cross-functional teams such as the Dealer team, DBU Service Team, and DBU channel sales team.
