Sales Operations Coordinator - Level III

As a Sales Analyst at Cummins Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting sales operations and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reporting: - Consolidating and distributing repetitive sales reports. - Creating ad-hoc sales reports under limited supervision. - Revising templates and consolidating data from various sources. - Providing forecasting input with limited supervision. - System Administration: - Running complicated tasks related to systems and tools like Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, and Portal. - Documenting ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools under limited supervision. - Periodically evaluating user-entered data to ensure completeness and identify improvements. - Data Analyses: - Analyzing external sources to identify sales opportunities and forwarding them to the sales team. - Reviewing research findings on assigned opportunities and sharing with relevant teams. - Compiling and qualifying competitive data and communicating to the sales force. - Conducting internal sales analyses for ad-hoc and repetitive tasks.
