Job Description

  • Analysis of sales data and trends for developing market penetration tactics, delivering findings to the CD team in an actionable format.
  • Supporting market research activities in direct interaction with the Marketing team.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks that ensure functionality and coordination of the teams activities
  • Organize and oversee execution to trade for all agreed promotional activities per teams target.
  • Preparation and submission of the TTS investment budget template
  • Provide support to develop strategies to generate category growth:
    • Attending meetings to align trade investment spending with the CD team & customer.
    • Capture plans, track, and maintain trade investment budget to ensure execution, meet deliverables, and eliminate overspend. (IO/RA consolidation, MAP process)
    • Assist the Customer Development Management team in developing and implementing the optimal integrated promotional plan. Support with post promotional analysis.
    • Support monthly forecast review, analysis, adjustment, and submission.
    • Manage promotional investments and see-to-payment promptly through customer follow-up

  • Maintain and pull databases and reports with sales, finance & shipment information, leveraging essential tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, etc.
  • Updating and tracking CEC product information
  • Assist in building presentations that may include but are not limited to sales data, financial reporting, business reviews, etc.
  • Price Tree & Business Case preparation (Gather business case inputs e.g. TPs)
  • Claims management and approval Process Lead (Need to comply with SoA)
  • New SKU Setup with customers and retailers Own end-to-end process, including product information collection and submission.
  • NPD MDM Setup ownership with NPD SC team
  • NPD Post launch Tracking
  • Maintain customer forecasting files to track stocks on hand, shipment plans, and secondary sales performance by region and by customer
  • Support in implementing and tracking distribution strategies to drive store coverage for each cohort leveraging Neilsen data with the goal to achieve 90% WD of universe by cohort
  • Track payment schedules with distributors and ensure all due payments are made on time by customers
  • RI NIELSEN data analysis for Decision Making
