Red Hat GTM Operations team is looking for Sales Operations Analyst interns to join us in Pune, India. During this internship, you will support senior mentors for routine sales operations by analyzing data to resolve issues of minimal complexity, following standard processes and supporting sales reporting activities.The focus for Red Hat's Intern Program is a dual partnership between the Emerging Talent Team, and our intern managers. Job Responsibilities
- Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes by collecting and organizing sales data.
- Assist in maintaining sales automation systems and tools to support operational reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the analysis of booking trends by pulling data from various sources and organizing it for further review.
- Update and validate sales-related data in operational systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide basic support for ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from sales teams
What You Will Bring
- Full time students working towards Bachelors or Master degree in Business, Commerce or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
