Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer/Loan Officer located in Kolhapur. The Sales Officer/Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications and processing customer requests. This individual will manage loan files, meet sales targets, generate leads, and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes channel sales management and assisting customers with their financial needs.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Lead Generation and Sales Operations experience
• Understanding of Channel Sales practices
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team
• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office
• Previous experience in a banking or financial services setting is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
