Position: Sales OfficerIndustry: Pharmaceutical / HealthcareExperience Required: 1–3 years in Pharma Sales (Nutraceuticals, Derma, General Pharma, Skincare, etc.)Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to doctors, chemists, distributors, and hospitals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), distributors, and retail pharmacies.
• Conduct product detailing, presentations, and follow-ups with doctors.
• Ensure availability and visibility of products at all distribution points.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback.
• Assist in promotional activities, CME programs, and field marketing events.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy / Marketing preferred).
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales (experience with nutraceutical or dermatology brands is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of pharma sales cycles, doctor visit norms, and chemist/distributor management.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
