Job Description

As a Sales Officer at TOSTEM Windows, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium window solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, backed by proven sales experience in the building materials or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs.
• Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of TOSTEM products and present them effectively.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry trends.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
• Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
• Reporting: Keep accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity records.
• Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies.

Qualifications

• MBA / B.Tech / Architecture experience (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of total professional experience.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in a related field (windows, building materials, construction, or similar industry).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
