Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Primary & Secondary Sales:

Collect primary orders from distributors/dealers on a daily basis.
Visit retailers regularly to generate and enhance secondary sales.
Development of Distribution Network:
Identify and appoint new distributors/dealers in the assigned territory.
Strengthen and expand the regional distribution network.
Retailing & Market Coverage:
Visit a minimum number of retail outlets daily as per company norms.
Ensure complete coverage of all key markets every month.
Take continuous feedback from the market and share insights with the company.
. Sampling & Product Presentation:
Introduce and demonstrate new product samples to retailers and dealers.
Explain the features and benefits of each product clearly.
Timely Reporting:
Submit daily activity reports to the Team Head/Manager on time.
Follow the prescribed format for reporting sales, collections, and retailing.
Handling Work Pressure & Achieving Targets:
Work diligently to achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Perform effectively even under pressure and challenging situations.
. Acceptance of New Challenges & Problem Solving:
Identify on-ground issues and propose practical solutions.
Accept new tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company with a positive attitude.
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors.
Monitor and minimize outstanding dues.
Discipline & Integrity:
Follow proper work timing and daily tour plans strictly.
Any false reporting or misconduct will invite disciplinary action from the company.
