Sales Officer Solar

As a Sales Officer Solar at Koshish Solar, you will play a crucial role in our mission to make clean energy accessible to every home and business. With a minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or related sectors, you will be well-equipped to excel in this position. Your success in this role will depend on your strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a technical understanding of solar systems. Proficiency in CRM, market research, and customer relationship management will further enhance your performance. A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, problem-solving skills, and a focus on providing excellent customer service are qualities we value in our team members. In this role, you will be expected to generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with local sales partners in assigned districts. Customer consultation, including explaining technical and financial aspects, conducting site visits, and preparing proposals, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to analyze the market, identify new opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met. Your key deliverables will include achieving a minimum of 30 kW solar sales monthly in the assigned district, building and maintaining a customer and BA database, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, and submitting regular sales reports and market penetration updates.
