Roles We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Officer to expand our footprint in assigned territories. The role requires building and managing a strong distributor network, onboarding and training retail sales representatives, and driving primary and secondary sales. Key Responsibilities: Distributor Appointment & Management: Identify, evaluate, and appoint new distributors in the assigned territory to ensure product availability and efficient coverage. Retail Expansion: Drive retail penetration by appointing and training sales representatives (DSRs/PSRs) and supporting them in meeting daily/weekly sales targets. Sales Execution: Achieve monthly sales targets through a combination of primary sales (to distributors) and secondary sales (via retail outlets). Market Coverage: Plan and execute beat plans to ensure regular market visits and coverage of retail points across the territory. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and retailers, addressing their concerns and ensuring timely product supply. Reporting & MIS: Provide timely updates on distributor performance, market trends, competitor activity, and daily sales data.
