Job Summary: We are hiring Sales Officers and Sales Representatives who understand the local Ujjain market and have strong experience in the FMCG sector. The candidates will be responsible for increasing product reach, maintaining dealer/distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Handle sales and distribution of tea products in the Ujjain region. Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base. Ensure product visibility and availability in retail outlets. Collect market feedback and report competitor activities. Coordinate with the supply chain and marketing team for smooth operations. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales (local market knowledge is a must). Strong network of distributors and retailers in Ujjain and nearby areas. Good communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Must be based in or near Ujjain. Own two-wheeler preferred.
