Job Description

Position: Sales Officer
Department: Sales
Location: Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate business lead.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field ( BBA/MBA preferred).
Proven experience in sales (preferably 1–3 years).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
Result-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
