Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for managing primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory. The main objective of this role is to enhance sales with retailers and wholesalers by overseeing distributors. It involves continuously strategizing to identify growth opportunities and leading the team to achieve daily targets. The key internal stakeholders for this role include Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Sales Development. External key stakeholders consist of Retailers, Wholesalers, Distributors, and Key Accounts customers. Reporting directly to the Area Business Manager, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the OTC/FMCG industry. Proficiency in managing distributors and subordinates is essential for this position. Key Skills required for this role: - Effective persuasive skills with a basic understanding of numerical data. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to develop and engage teams effectively. - Proficient in planning and executing strategies. - Skilled in stakeholder management. - Comfortable with technology adoption and implementation.,
