Role Overview Sales Officer

As a

Sales Officer

at NPPD Care, your role is to

generate and manage business leads

across hospitals, gyms, and wellness centers.You will work closely with the

marketing and operations teams

to onboard new clients, close deals, and support execution during pilot phases.This role is ideal for someone passionate about

healthcare and wellness sales

, capable of managing relationships, and excited to build something impactful from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard hospitals, gyms, wellness centers, and corporate health partners for NPPD Care's programs.
  • Pitch our hospital audit, wellness ecosystem, and preventive health solutions to decision-makers.
  • Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions through structured communication and CRM tools.
  • Support pilot execution with the operations team to ensure smooth program rollout.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and outreach activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for recurring engagements and referrals.
  • Provide inputs to improve sales strategies, pricing models, and partnership structures.
  • Track and report weekly sales performance, leads, and closures to the leadership team.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience or strong interest in B2B or healthcare/wellness sales.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to pitch solutions and close deals.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with flexible goals and evolving targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, persistent, and aligned with a long-term equity-based growth mindset.
