HIRING NOW: Sales Officer – FMCG About Us: We are a dynamic FMCG company offering a diverse range of quality products in Multigrain Chips, Breakfast Cereals, Functional Beverages , and Hygiene Products . To expand our presence, we are looking for Sales Officers who are energetic, target-driven, and experienced in FMCG field operations. Key Responsibilities: Drive secondary and primary sales in assigned territory Handle existing distributors/retailers and onboard new ones Achieve sales targets and ensure regular order flow Improve product visibility and in-store branding Execute schemes, promotions, and local marketing activities Monitor competitor activity and collect market intelligence Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with the team Key Requirements (Education, Work Experience & Skills): Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing, or related fields). 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales Strong understanding of local general trade market Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred) Confident, well-spoken, and self-motivated Basic knowledge of Excel or mobile reporting What We Offer: Competitive Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives TA/DA (Petrol, Mobile, etc.) Supportive and fast-growing work environment Long-term growth opportunity with a trusted FMCG brand This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and goal-driven individual to join our growing FMCG company.
