Sales officer

Job overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Officer to drive sales and distribution of our flour and allied products (atta, maida, rava, sooji). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG/Food industry sales, a proven track record in handling distributors/wholesalers and deep knowledge of the HORECA and B2B segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth for assigned regions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA clients.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Execute promotional activities and ensure brand visibility at outlets.
• Manage sales reporting, forecasts, and collection follow-ups.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of sales experience in the FMCG/Food/Flour mill industry.
• Strong network in flour/atta, maida, rava, sooji, and vermicelli markets.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
