About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Officer to drive sales growth in the assigned region. The role involves business development, market expansion, and managing a small sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve business targets
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market research
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and clients
• Monitor sales performance and provide training and guidance to team members
• Ensure timely reporting and market feedback to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales
• Experience in team handling is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results
• Graduation is mandatory
