Sales Officer - Home & Personal Care

Ecocert India is looking to hire a Sales Officer by August 2025. As a Sales Officer, you will be part of a 70-member team responsible for addressing customer inquiries via mail, phone, or references. Your primary duty will involve gathering information and providing initial quotations to customers. Your main responsibilities will include introducing and educating potential clients about COSMOS certification and other offerings in the Home and Personal Care division. You will be tasked with preparing quotes based on certification requirements, engaging with customers through various channels, and ensuring the upkeep of the CRM system. Collaboration with the international team will be essential for efficient operations, and you will be required to monitor and ensure timely completion of annual contract renewals. Additionally, providing regular operational updates and market analysis within the cosmetic and personal care industry will be part of your role. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Business Administration, Cosmetics, Chemistry, or Pharmacy, along with at least 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing. Technical skills in cosmetics, chemistry, and product certification are highly desirable, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools. Proficiency in English and working knowledge of Hindi are essential for effective communication.
