Sales Officer - Home & Personal Care

As a Sales Officer at Ecocert India, you will be part of a 70-member team responsible for addressing customer inquiries via mail, phone, or references. Your primary duty will involve gathering information and providing initial quotations to customers. - Introduce and educate potential clients about COSMOS certification and other offerings in the Home and Personal Care division. - Prepare quotes based on certification requirements and engage with customers through various channels. - Ensure the upkeep of the CRM system. - Collaborate with the international team for efficient operations. - Monitor and ensure timely completion of annual contract renewals. - Provide regular operational updates and market analysis within the cosmetic and personal care industry. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Business Administration, Cosmetics, Chemistry, or Pharmacy, with at least 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing. Technical skills in cosmetics, chemistry, and product certification are highly desirable, along with proficiency in MS Office tools. Proficiency in English and working knowledge of Hindi are essential for effective communication.,
