Job Description

You will be responsible for meeting targets, identifying new sources from the assigned geography, and maintaining good relationships with sources to achieve efficiency in the assigned geography. This will ultimately lead to achieving the desired productivity expected by the company. You will be tasked with area/geography mapping, including lane-to-lane/Area mapping at regular intervals with the help of your supervisor. It is essential to identify new sources in the allocated Area/Geography and report the progress to the reporting manager during team huddles. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing relationships with all assigned and identified sources within your geography/area. This includes understanding the potential of each source and ensuring the expected LSR, SLR, and MS, as well as using various tools to improve relationships and ratios. In addition, maintaining reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed format is crucial. Keeping a daily diary of activities in the prescribed format and understanding various reports to be maintained are key aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for the identification of channel partners, including knowledge of the BSA empanelment process and the ability to identify potential channel partners within defined norms and categories. Attending daily team huddles as per the set process is mandatory. It is important to have knowledge of the daily morning huddle process and the ability to provide data in the prescribed format based on business requirements. Enhancing customer experience through the development and maintenance of relationships with customers is another key aspect of the role. This includes knowledge of all products and competition, selling products, providing required services to customers, understanding KYC documentation, legal documentation, technical processes, and utilizing sales kits effectively. Behavioral competencies required for this role include interpersonal skills for customer relationship and source management, planning skills for geography mapping and sales management, and selling skills for conversions and handling customer objections. Good to have competencies include creativity, working from a service perspective, and logical reasoning.,
