Job Description

As a Sales Officer in Hinduja Housing Finance, your role will primarily involve sourcing customers for Home Loans and Loan against Property through field visits. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads from the open market, references, and local activities. - Explaining loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers. - Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat/referral business. - Achieving monthly sales targets as assigned by the branch. - Ensuring proper completion of application forms and collection of necessary documents. - Coordinating with the branch and credit team for loan processing. The qualification required for this role is a minimum of 12th pass (graduate preferred but not mandatory), and experience as a fresher or with 01 year in sales. Additionally, the skills required include good communication and convincing skills, a basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided), comfort with fieldwork and daily customer visits, as well as being self-motivated and target-oriented.
