Job Description

As a Sales Officer at Hinduja Housing Finance, your role involves sourcing customers for Home Loans and Loan against Property through field visits. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads from the open market, references, and local activities. - Explaining loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers. - Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat/referral business. - Achieving monthly sales targets as assigned by the branch. - Ensuring proper completion of application forms and collection of necessary documents. - Coordinating with branch and credit team for loan processing. In addition, the qualification required for this role is a minimum of 12th pass (graduate preferred but not mandatory), and experience as a fresher or with 01 year in sales. Skills required for this position include good communication and convincing skills, basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided), comfort with fieldwork and daily customer visits, as well as being self-motivated and target-oriented.,
