Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Manage sales activities in assigned territory to achieve monthly targets.
Conduct field work, including visiting retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote company products.
Develop strong relationships with customers to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall performance.

1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field (preferably).
Strong understanding of local market trends and competitor activity.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
