Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

Generate and convert leads for solar EPC solutions (Residential, Commercial & Industrial). • Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and technical presentations. • Design customized solar solutions based on customer requirements. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM entries. • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients. • Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support. • Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and competitor activities (e.g., PM Surya Ghar Yojana).

Preferred candidate profile

Sales & Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of solar technology panels, inverters, system design & installation process. • Ability to explain financial benefits, ROI, and technical aspects clearly to customers. o Experience

• 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in solar/renewable energy.

• Experience in electrical, industrial products, or B2C sales will also be considered. o Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication.

• Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory. o Market Knowledge.

Awareness of industry trends, government schemes & competitor landscape. o CRM & Negotiation Skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools for pipeline management.

• Strong negotiation & closing skills for high-value deals. o Other Key Attributes

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to address customer energy needs.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region (two- wheeler/four-wheeler license preferred).
