Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through inbound and outbound tele-calling and database follow-ups.• Explain and promote life and general insurance products to potential customers.• Schedule appointments with interested prospects and conduct field meetings.• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications / Eligibility:• Graduate or HSC with 2–3 years of sales experience

Strong skills in Customer Service to engage effectively with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
Sales experience, including handling day-to-day activities and managing sales pipelines.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
