Job Description

The Sales Officer - CASA is responsible for driving the acquisition of quality Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) clientele. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving designated sales and revenue targets. The Sales Officer will also play a key role in cross-selling various financial products and ensuring compliance with bank policies and operational guidelines. Key Responsibilities - Customer Acquisition: - Acquire and activate high-quality CASA accounts, including new-to-bank customers and higher CASA variants. - Financial Growth: - Achieve CASA Average Monthly Balance (AMB) targets for accounts sourced and contribute to the overall deposit growth. - Revenue Generation: - Cross-sell banking products such as life insurance, mutual funds, gold, foreign exchange, and asset products to enhance revenue. - **Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. - Compliance and Risk Assurance: - Adhere to KYC protocols, operational risk policies, and YES BANK personality guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. - Issue Resolution: - Escalate business-related issues promptly and propose effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Asset Security: - Ensure the safety and security of bank and customer assets. - Reporting: - Prepare and submit timely management information system (MIS) reports to keep track of performance and activities.
