Sales Officer - Ayurvedic Industry

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. This includes driving product dilution from Distributors/Super Stockists, increasing active counters and pet shops stocking the products, and ensuring product availability and visibility in all assigned markets. Additionally, you will conduct daily coordination meetings with the ASM, follow the tour plan and Beat Plans without deviation, and ensure smooth communication between sales teams, distributors, and internal departments. You will also be required to conduct regular market visits to understand customer and consumer needs, analyse competitor trends, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while gathering regular feedback.
