Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for Sales Officers/Area Sales Manager based in Lucknow. The Sales Officer/Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, providing excellent customer service, handling sales operations effectively, and engaging in channel sales activities. The role requires achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and fostering positive client relationships
• Demonstrated experience in Distributors Generation and Sales Operations
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Experience in Channel Sales processes and activities
• Ability to achieve sales goals and work in a results-oriented environment
• Proven track record in meeting targets and developing sales strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the skincare and haircare industry is a plus.

Hiring for Cosmetics - General Trade

We are looking for Sale Officers (SO) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) with over 5 years of experience in the FMCG, preferably in Cosmetics -General Trade.

Candidates must be comfortable with advance billing terms only (no credit policy).

Locations: Delhi & Delhi NCR, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand only.

Salary Range: 15,000 to 40,000 +TA+DA
