Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Office Assistant located in Hyderabad. The Sales Office Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, assist with customer service, and support the sales team. Responsibilities include managing office administration, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting sales activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
• Customer Service experience
• Proven Sales skills and experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and tools
• Experience with inventory management and record-keeping is a plus
• Social media know how is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field is preferred
