Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Self-motivated with ability to solve the problems. 2. Outlet expansion in territory as per schedule. 3.To be a team player to contribute with integrity & should take up responsibilities of other territories if needed. 4. Add new outlets which should contribute to achieving annual volume/value targets 5. Drive Sales Volume and revenue growth profitably by leveraging the growth opportunities 6. coaching the Frontline team and managing Parlours and franchisee’s effectively 7.Deliver the sales volume target by developing market in the assigned territory as per Annual Operating Plan 8. Track competitor activity on a continuous basis and take action to counter competitor strategies in order to increase market share 9. Understands the business issues and support the team to resolve in a timely manner. 10. Monitor and train the sales teams, provide support and coach the team on driving the business objectives. 11. Identify the key talents, help them nurture and enhance capability to take up more responsibilities. Monitor progress against the plan in the Weekly Commitment Meetings and Monthly planning meetings. 12. Identify key issues and working on driving innovation and leverage technology in order to achieve business objectives 13. Regularly monitor the stock levels at the distributors and ensure availability of stock 14.Identify and trouble shoot issues by conducting periodic visits 15. Drive sales volumes of every week products and increase the Unique SKU count in the outlet and ensure Product range availability 16.Drive Cooler / freezer and rack productivity by planning deployments/redeployments of resources based on Cooler/freezer/Rack governance protocols 17.Required to closely work with relevant area parlours for aligning the stock requirement as per the plan in the area Preferred candidate profile for sales office and sales manager · Should have hands on experience in FMCG (Dairy Industry would be an added advantage), handling large volume and distribution. · Matured and independently handled distributors and team. · Must know driving 2-wheeler & valid license. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: total work: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
